This article outlines methods of troubleshooting subscription issues between the Panaray MSA12X and ConntrolSpace EX-1280C.

Symptom

MSA12X is losing communication with the Dante transmitter it is subscribed to upon power on.

Resolution

Select at least one of the following options:

1. When powering on the devices, ensure that there is a time interval greater than 4s between powering on the EX processor and the MSA12X loudspeaker.
2. For routine power cycling use a sequenced power strip that allows a time interval greater than 4s between powering on the EX processor and the MSA12X loudspeaker.
3. Use a multicast flow from the EX-1280C transmit channels in use with MSA12X. Ensure your network allows multicast. 
4. Do not allow the system to shutdown.

Always make sure firmware is up to date on EX-1280C and MSA12X devices.
