Resolution

VB1 has a feature of 'one cable meeting', where, in addition to the camera and speaker/microphones, you can also use the single USB cable for room video (connecting the HDMI port at the back of VB1 to the screen of the room). There is a DisplayLink chip inside VB1 to implement this function. When connected to a computer that doesn't have DisplayLink driver installed, it tries to install the driver automatically, that's the reason of this issue.

To solve this issue, simply install the DisplayLink driver. Go to https://www.displaylink.com/downloads to download the latest version.

Or, if you don't need the 'one cable meeting', you can disable DisplayLink.

Go to the Configuration Tab in Bose Work Configuration, click User Access Page, then disable the DisplayLink.
